Terms and Conditions of Sale
Effective July 7, 2026
Article 1 – Purpose and Scope
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the sale of products concluded on the maison-lyne.com website between Maison Lyne (the "Seller") and any non-professional customer (the "Customer"). Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these GTC. The Seller reserves the right to modify them at any time; the applicable GTC are those in force on the date of the order.
Article 2 – Seller Identification
Maison Lyne — Meriem Maksi, sole proprietorship
Parc Ferber, 06200 Nice, France
SIRET: 99262950100014 — VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code
Email: contact@maison-lyne.com
Article 3 – Products
The products offered are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. Photographs are as accurate as possible but cannot ensure perfect similarity, particularly due to screen settings. Natural stones and materials may show slight variations in shade: each piece is unique. Products are offered while stocks last.
Article 4 – Prices
Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French General Tax Code), excluding delivery costs. Delivery costs are indicated before order validation and reminded at the time of payment. The Seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that the applicable price is that in force at the time of the order.
Article 5 – Order
The Customer selects their products, checks the details of their order and its total price, then validates their order. This validation constitutes acceptance of these GTC and the conclusion of the contract. A confirmation is sent by e-mail. The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of a previous dispute, a legitimate reason, or product unavailability.
Article 6 – Payment
Payment is made online at the time of order, by the payment methods offered on the site. Payments are secured. The order is only processed after payment confirmation. Products remain the property of the Seller until full payment.
Article 7 – Delivery
Products are delivered exclusively in mainland France, to the address indicated by the Customer when ordering. After a preparation period of 1 to 3 working days, estimated delivery times are 2 to 4 working days for Standard Delivery and 24 to 48 hours for VIP / Express Delivery. Delivery is free for purchases over €60. These times are indicative; the Seller cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier or to a case of force majeure. The risk of loss or damage is transferred to the Customer when they physically take possession of the product.
Article 8 – Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason. To exercise it, the Customer informs the Seller of their decision at contact@maison-lyne.com. The product must be returned in its original condition — unworn, unused, in its original packaging. Reimbursement, including standard delivery costs if applicable, will be made within 14 days of receipt of the product or proof of its dispatch.
Exceptions: in accordance with article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized or custom-made items, nor to earrings and jewelry in direct contact with the skin unsealed after delivery for hygiene reasons.
Article 9 – Returns and Refunds
The terms and conditions for returns and refunds are detailed in our Refund Policy. In the event of a defective, damaged, or non-conforming product, the Customer contacts the Seller, who will cover the return costs and proceed with replacement or refund.
Article 10 – Legal Guarantees
Independently of any commercial warranty, the Customer benefits from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). To implement them, the Customer contacts the Seller at contact@maison-lyne.com.
Article 11 – Liability
The Seller cannot be held responsible for the non-performance of the contract in the event of force majeure, disruption or strike by carriers, or fault of the Customer. The Seller's liability cannot exceed the amount of the order concerned, within the limits permitted by law.
Article 12 – Personal Data
The Customer's personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, in compliance with the GDPR.
Article 13 – Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, the Customer should first contact the Seller at contact@maison-lyne.com to seek an amicable solution. Failing this, the Customer may resort to the European online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Article 14 – Applicable Law
These GTC are subject to French law. Failing amicable resolution, French courts will have jurisdiction.
